- 150 g Maria Gluten Free
- Gluten free jelly powder
- Blue food coloring Dr. Oetker
- Strawberry jam
- 100 g Sharkies Gluten Free
- Lactose-free whipped cream
- Lactose-free butter

Step by Step
- First, grind the Gullón gluten-free Maria cookies with the mortar until you get a fine powder
- Melt the butter and mix it with the ground biscuit
- Place the mixture at the base of a transparent glass
- Dissolve the gelatin powder in water (follow the instructions for water temperature and quantity, depending on the brand you buy), mix with Dr Oetker blue food coloring, and then place on top of the cookies. Chill in the fridge until it jells
- When jelly is on point, put lactose-free whipped cream and strawberry jam on top.
- With the help of a toothpick, we can give a spooky shape making it look “bloody”
- Finally, add the Gluten Free Sharkies on top
