- 50 g of butter
- 100 gr raw sugar cane
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 250 gr of Oat Flakes
- 4 cookies Vitalday Crocant Fruit
- 4 cookies Vitalday Crocant Oat and Milk Chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 30 g of grated coconut
- 30 g of raisins
- 3 dried apricots cut into small pieces

Step by Step
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
- Cut the dried apricots into small pieces with scissors.
- With the help of a kitchen robot we crush the cookies.
- In a saucepan put the butter, the panela and the honey and heat until everything is well mixed.
- Remove from the heat and add the oat flakes, the crushed cookies, the cinnamon, the baking powder, the coconut, the raisins, the dried apricots and a touch of salt and mix everything very well.
- Place a baking paper on the tray and add all the previous mixture pressing it very well (the more well pressed it is, the better the bar will be and the less it will break).
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes (until it gets a little color).
- When it has cooled, cut it with the help of a knife, forming energy bars.
