- 8 biscuits Digestive Oaty Zero Gullon
- 30 g butter
- 4 walnuts
- 8 cashews
- 320 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 60 g birch sugar
- 1 dessert spoon corn starch
- 2 oranges
- 10 strawberries

- 20 cm diameter round mold

Step by Step
- Melt the butter in the Microwave.
- With the help of a Mini Chopper crush the biscuits, cashews, walnuts and butter.
- Put it in a 20 cm diameter round mold lined with baking paper. Keep in the fridge.
- Blend the cream cheese, the eggs, the birch sugar and the corn starch.
- Pour the previous mixture into the mold, on top of the base. Bake at 160º for 45 minutes.
- Let the cake cool and remove it from the mold.
- Peel the oranges and cut them into wedges
- Arrange the orange segments on top of the cake (in the form of petals) and place some strawberries in the center.
