  • 8 biscuits Digestive Oaty Zero Gullon
  • 30 g butter
  • 4 walnuts
  • 8 cashews
  • 320 g cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g birch sugar
  • 1 dessert spoon corn starch
  • 2 oranges
  • 10 strawberries


  • Mini Chopper
  • 20 cm diameter round mold
  • Baking paper

Step by Step

  • Melt the butter in the Microwave.
  • With the help of a Mini Chopper crush the biscuits, cashews, walnuts and butter.
  • Put it in a 20 cm diameter round mold lined with baking paper. Keep in the fridge.
  • Blend the cream cheese, the eggs, the birch sugar and the corn starch.
  • Pour the previous mixture into the mold, on top of the base. Bake at 160º for 45 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool and remove it from the mold.
  • Peel the oranges and cut them into wedges
  • Arrange the orange segments on top of the cake (in the form of petals) and place some strawberries in the center.
