Ingredients:  Whole grains cereals (whole wheat flour, oat flakes, whole barley flour, whole rye flour), sweetener (maltitol), vegetable oil (high oleic sunflower), wheat flour, vegetable fibre, puffed rice (rice flour, wheat flour, salt), skimmed milk powder, raising agents (sodium and ammonium bicarbonate), emulsifier (soya lecithin), salt, flavourings. May contain traces of eggs and nuts.
