Times are changing and biscuits do to. A thin combination of wholegrain cereals, oatmeal flakes and rice. High fiber made with high oleic sunflower and ZERO no sugar added.
Whole grain cereals (whole wheat flour, oat flakes, whole barley flour, whole rye flour), sweetener (maltitol), vegetable oil (high oleic sunflower oil), vegetable fibre, puffed rice (rice flour, wheat flour, salt), skimmed milk powder, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate and ammonium hydrogen carbonate), emulsifier (soya lecithin), salt, flavours. May contain traces of nuts and egg.

No sugar added: The sugar present within these biscuits is the one found naturally in the ingredients with which they are made.
With high oleic sunflower oil: Made with a variety of seeds with a high content of oleic acid. It stands out because of its high percentage of omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acids.
High fibre: These biscuits have a high content of fiber because the have at least 6g of fiber per 100g of product. Experts recommend a daily intake (for adults) of between 25 and 35g of fiber.
